Mindful Eating Workshop

The workshop aimed at teach students to eat mindfully.  We encouraged them to pause for a moment while eating to hear their inner voice, to slow down their eating pace, and to appreciate the texture and flavour of food.

 

With calming music playing, students took their time and chose the food they wanted to enjoy, whether it was the sweetness of strawberries or the bitterness of chocolate. They tried eating slowly and enjoying the food.
