Guidelines for Transfer Student Application for S2 – S4

Dates: |
Applications are accepted at any time of the year subject to the availability of places in each level. * Applicants will be notified of the date of the interview via email. |
Notes for interview: |
Applicants will be invited to attend an interview which will be conducted in both Cantonese and English. During the interview, parents/guardians should wait in the designated area. * The interview will be postponed if a typhoon signal no. 8 or above has been hoisted or a red/black rainstorm warning is in effect 2 hours before the start of the interview. |
Procedure: |
Applicants should submit the completed Transfer Student Application Form along with the supporting documents mentioned in part 3 in A4 size in person, by mail OR via e-mail to our school office. * Office hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. |
Notification of results: |
Successful candidates will be notified by phone. Applicants who have not been contacted within three weeks after the interview may consider their application unsuccessful. |

Application requirement
The overall conduct grade of the applicant should be B+ or above in the previous two school years.
