On September 25, 2026, the Constitution and Basic Law Student Ambassadors hosted the lively "Mooncake Fishing Fun" activity by the ground-floor central staircase, drawing an enthusiastic crowd of students.

Armed with mini fishing rods, participants skillfully hooked toy mooncakes from the interactive "pond," while those who successfully answered Mid-Autumn trivia took home festive prizes. Upon completing the game, every student received a delicate night lantern. Historically symbolic of warmth, brightness, and hope, these glowing lanterns allowed students to carry the joyful spirit of family reunion and traditional culture home with them.

In tandem with the physical booth, students participated in the online Mid-Autumn Knowledge Challenge on the interactive learning platform. The digital event invited users to explore the legendary tales of Chang'e and the Jade Rabbit across four mini-games: the Lantern Riddles, the Trivia Quiz, the Matching Task, and the Virtual Lantern Lighting.

Completing the digital challenge awarded students a S.H.I.N.E. Scheme point, which could be redeemed on-site for special commemorative gifts. By seamlessly blending online and offline experiences, the event provided an engaging way for students to honour Chinese heritage and celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival together.
