On September 23, the Constitution and Basic Law Student Ambassadors and the Health Education Committee co-hosted the "Moon Rabbit Dough Figurine Workshop."

Guided by instructors, students kneaded, shaped, and painted safe play dough into their own adorable jade rabbits. Some added osmanthus accessories; others wrapped tiny scarves around their bunnies. As they worked, they shared legends of Chang'e flying to the moon and the jade rabbit pounding the elixir, experiencing traditional folk crafts in a relaxed, cheerful atmosphere.

"I had no idea kneading dough could be this fun!" one student said. "Making a jade rabbit by hand feels like bringing the rabbit down from the moon." Another added, "Who knew a simple craft could hold such deep cultural heritage?"

The workshop let students unwind after a busy school day while passing down folk craftsmanship through hands-on experience — keeping the warmth of Chinese culture alive at their fingertips.
