How can technology help us understand one of the most pressing challenges facing our nation? The answer came alive for our students during an innovative VR Workshop on Food Security of Our Country, which offered a truly immersive learning experience.

Organised by the Department of Citizenship and Social Development, this workshop brought together students to explore the complexities of food security through the cutting-edge lens of virtual reality.  Our Form 4 and Form 5 students recently explored the remarkable life and legacy of Yuan Longping, the Father of Hybrid Rice. They learned about Yuan Longping's contribution to the development of the first hybrid rice varieties and the importance of food security for our country.
